Frozen Berry Yogurt & Lettuce Wraps

For lunch I made lettuce wraps.
The one on the left is roast beef with pico de gallo, red wine vinegar and sour cream. The one on the right is turkey with picked banana peppers, cucumbers and Italian dressing.  Both have turkey bacon bits on them.

These were super yummy.

The best part is that both together are 179 calories, 10 carbs (9 net), 5 grams fat and 24 grams of protein.

Last week for my fruit serving I had gotten some apples, but they were not good.  This is that time of year when fruit is just not good yet so this week I picked up some frozen berries at the grocery store.  Since I still have my greek yogurt every day  decided to combine the two.

I took 4 ounces of nonfat greek yogurt and put it in a small food processor, added 1 cup of mixed frozen berries added 1 cup of mixed frozen berries, and a packet of splenda then processed for a couple of minutes.

Can you say yum?

Oh and I may or may not have purchased this cute blue bowl for $1 to start my food prop collection :)
