Sweet Tooth

For some reason lately I have been craving sweets more than usual. Being on the Dukan Diet now that means baking without the benefit of flour butter or oil. What yummy thing can you make without those things? Well cheesecake of course. 

Dukan Tart Cheesecake

  • 8oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp butter buds
  • 1/2 packet True Lemon
  • 1/3 packet True Orange
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of Splenda (or other sweetener)

  1. Mix all ingredients together, I used a food processor, until smooth
  2. Pour into either muffin cups (I used mini ones) or a springform pan.  I used a silicon pan, if you use a regular one make sure to spray it with non-stick spray
  3. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes
  4. Cool before serving
  5. Refrigerate to store
The different ones you see I swirled cinnamon through because my husband likes cinnamon a lot. He said he couldn't taste the cinnamon though, so if you want to do that mix it in the batter.
