Oven Fries



Oven fries are ridiculously easy and delicious.   I really like to use the small Dutch Gold or Honey Gold potatoes for this dish.  
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters 
  3. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1-2 tsp seasoned salt. 
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on how large the slices are)



I like to turn all the pieces so that one cut side is facing down, the get crispier that way.
